According to the report of cision PRWeb, Next Generation Labs has obtained the patent for Synthetic Nicotine for the first time, marking that e-cigarette products and tobacco may be completely separated in the future.
Vincent Schuman, CEO of Next Generation Labs, announced patent No. 10-1855611 – an industrial process for the synthesis of 100% smokeless nicotine. The patent has been obtained through the U.S. patent and Trademark Office and has been recognized by the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

Announcement from PRWeb: “more than 75 cigarette oil brands worldwide use Synthetic Nicotine (TFN nicotine) from Next Generation Labs , the company is proud to be the only leading developer of Synthetic Nicotine, and truly realize that nicotine in tobacco oil does not come from tobacco. Nktr, crft, space jam, Byrd, cypher, Scala, digable, peel, enfuse, mag7, origins, amaranth, rayben and Klir have achieved great success and created more vivid taste with their TFN tobacco oil production line . TFN is the attribute of nicotine. Next Generation Labs has set off an industry storm, developed more new flavors and created a new market in the industry“

It is speculated that the logic that the U.S. Food and drug administration regards e-cigarettes as tobacco products is that the nicotine contained in tobacco oil is made from tobacco and distributed by the hardware of e-cigarettes. If the nicotine used in 75 brands of tobacco oil no longer comes from tobacco, should the tobacco oil of these brands be considered as non tobacco products?
